FOR THE FAMILY, we will actively search potential candidates by creating a job description. We will make sure that all the potential candidates meet all the requirements that the family request and consider the needs of the kids as well.
FOR THE BABY SITTER AND NANNY, we will ask for and check their references and we will do extensive background check.
FOR BOTH, we will take an active part in helping the interview, the negotiation and the execution of the contract with the Babysitter or Nanny.
